We grow different varieties of lettuce, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery, rocket leaves, Thai basil, baby spinach and family of melons in our small farm. We experiment with different seed qualities procured from various geographies. We educate ourselves and then try to establish our own learning in the field. Presently, we are small and it is a need for us to grow ingredients in order to understand our products better. But in future, we aspire to integrate vertically and grow in quantum. We are doing significant work in connecting with farmers, enthusiasts and professionals in favorable geographies for realizing our expansion plans. Someday soon, we shall serve salads with our core ingredients plucked straight from the soil.

Why on Earth should we consume anything less than the best, if it is affordable? Each ingredient in your salad has gone through various filtering gates, quality checks and validation from experts. We invest heavily to procure the bests. We handpick fresh fruits & vegetables every morning from various places – including reputed vendors, native growers and our own field. A salad is as good as its dressing. For its authentic taste, we will never purchase readymade dressings. Our salad dressings are prepared in-house using ingredients imported from their valleys of origin. Most of our ingredients are being sourced from Western Europe, while the condiments are made in house using native herbs. Salad Days makes no compromises, whatsoever. This is a promise.

Our philosophy is to do less, but to do it well. We hate confusing our customers. That’s why we have a beautifully simple menu comprising of super-tasty salads. It is a summary of signature salads from across countries and taste buds. Each recipe is a result of joint work with revered chefs and food consultants; a fairly detailed primary & secondary research and a multitude of product testing sessions. We strive for continuous improvement and look forward to enhance our menu based on your feedback and our directional fit.

Dressings are the backbone of our salads and we only serve freshly prepared dressings. Dressings play a pivotal role in completing the salad by enhancing its flavor and aroma. Our signature dressings are all made in-house using finest of ingredients such as Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Red Wine Vinegar, Tahini Paste, Dijon Mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, Fresh Lime, Lime Rind, Garlic cloves and many native herbs. Any sorts of preservatives, colors or artificial additives do not have a place in our kitchen. We serve dressings separately in order to keep the cut salads alive, as dressings start hydrating vegetables and fruits. We prescribe 3-5 minutes of mixing before consuming the salads so that the dressing flavor is soaked in each ingredient.

Maintaining standards just to impress visitors and to seek certifications is not cool. We are committed to our responsibility and ensure utmost care in making each box of salad. Our kitchen is fabricated with highest food grade equipment and tools. Personal hygiene of kitchen crew and rest of the team is closely monitored. All the raw ingredients are properly sanitized using global standard techniques. Dry areas of food storage and food handling are continuously decontaminated. Creative processes are laid down to ensure hygienic and uniform preparation practices.

We understand the power of IT and it shall always be our primary channel to connect with and serve our customers. In an endeavor to provide with a superb customer experience, we have introduced ordering through Facebook and we claim that ordering was never so easy. In addition, we have developed user-friendly ordering functionalities on our website and through iOS and android mobile apps. We encourage two-way communication where you provide us with ideas and feedback to improve and we showcase quick results. We wish to seamlessly reach to our customers and distances would be the last thing to stop us.
